This is placeholder wording for the cancellation policy of Smart About Wine. It should be reviewed and replaced with final wording before launch.
Smart About Wine is an independent wine media platform operating from Western Cape, South Africa. We collect only the information you submit through our enquiry and newsletter forms, and we use it solely to respond to you and to send updates you have asked for.
Photography and written content published on this site remain the property of the photographer unless a separate licence has been agreed in writing. Editorial features are selected on merit; commercial work and sponsored content are labelled clearly.
Bookings for wine journeys are confirmed once a deposit has been received. Cancellation terms, wine purchase arrangements and third-party supplier conditions are shared in writing at the time of booking.
